This position has a strong focus on retail, tourism and hospitality requiring supervision and co-ordination of resources, including labor and product. Managing the retail staff to optimize their productivity while meeting all aspects of WH&S and cost objectives. The position is a key contributor to the positive public relations of Tilba Dairy and is responsible for ensuring our customer enjoy an excellent level of service.
