This is your opportunity to join the Banksia food services team and use your professional skills and knowledge to provide home cooked, nutritious meals for Banksia Lodge residents. As a Chef at Banksia Lodge, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, assisting with menu planning, stock ordering and most importantly cooking high quality, well presented meals in a safe and compliant manner that will delight and exceed the expectations of our residents. Banksia strongly recommends all employees have an understanding of and be vaccinated against communicable diseases as listed in the NSW Immunisation Schedule such as influenza and COVID-19. This is a casual role assisting to back fill planned and unplanned leave.
