Far South Coast police asking for information re Merimbula fire

Far South Coast police are calling for witnesses to the fire in Merimbula last week which gutted two businesses in Market Street - police also want to hear from anyone who may have any information about the fire. 

Crews from Fire and Rescue and the Rural Fire Service stopped the fire, which started in the early hours of Friday the 10th of May, from spreading to other premises along the main street, however unfortunately the fire completely destroyed Tackle World Merimbula and significantly damaged Willis Bakery.

Detectives from the South Coast Police District are asking anyone with information about the fire, or are in possession of dash cam footage, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
