Just before 9.30am today (Friday 14 January), emergency services were called to the intersection of Sapphire Coast and Merimbula Drives, Merimbula, following reports a car had hit a tree.
A NSW Police Spokesperson said the driver and sole occupant – a man aged in his 60’s – was freed from the vehicle.
He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for minor head and facial injuries.
