How well do you function when you are sleep deprived ? Can you handle a one off bad night ? Does you behaviour change ?
Last night due to a family issue I was only able to get three hours sleep. How have I worked today ? Well so far its all good, I seem to be coping very well. It has to be said though that I can get a bit grumpy when over tired. I also tend to hit a wall, when one minute everything is fine and then next I just have to go to sleep. Largely though things can seem okay on the first day but then the next day it feels like you have been pounded by a hammer. Let's see what tomorrow brings !
