So I was asked by my son-in-law Nathan if the family would be interested in buying into this retail investment property in Sydney that is coming up for Auction later this month. The expected price is in the vicinity of 6 million dollars. While discussing the amount that each family member would be kicking in the can (in a very serious business like manner) we moved to the subject of conditions we would put on the leasee as part of any rental contract. My suggestion was free KFC whenever we wanted it. What would yours be ?
