Search in Bega as part of ongoing murder probe

Police have confirmed they are conducting a search for evidence in Bega today relating to the murder of a man early last month.

Strikeforce Nakstone was established following the discovery of 44-year-old Gordon Kessey’s body in a park on East Street in the town.

It’s understood the local man was stabbed multiple times.
