A man who suffered a medical condition while out at sea off the Far South Coast has been taken to hospital.
Marine Rescue NSW received a call from a vessel in distress with two people on board, 50kms east of Green Cape near Eden, after the skipper suffered a medical episode on Wednesday evening (March 1).
Eden Water Police met the vessel and accompanied them back to shore, arriving at the Eden Wharf around 2am.

After being brought to shore, the man in his 70’s was treated by paramedics and transported to South East Regional Hospital in Bega, for further treatment.
