The local business sector has welcomed the pending release of the Batemans Bay Master Plan.
The plan, which will go out for public consultation in a fortnight, focuses on building up the town’s C-B-D and creating a night time economy.
Batemans Bay Chamber of Commerce President Jane Edwards said the time is now to capitalise on the interest the area is attracting.

“Development along the waterside promenade with more eateries and a sea pool will bring more visitors to the town,” she said.
