Broulee and Sunshine Bay Bay Early Learning Centre’s are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant who will be based in our Off Site Office to assist the Finance/Accounts team in the following: General administrative tasks Supporting the team with various projects Strong organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Myob Managing the data entry of accounts payable invoices both inventory and not inventory purchases using MYOB Accounts Receivable, daily bank reconciliation. Excellent communication skills and a team player Answering phone calls and address emails Office duties as requested
