Jellybean Family Psychology is a busy and well-respected Child and Adolescent Psychology Practice in the Bega Valley. Jellybean Family Psychology is committed to providing high-quality client care, with a wide range services including Therapy, Assessments and Early Intervention. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional administration assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services to our clients.

1. Front Desk Operations: • Greet and welcome Clients in a friendly and professional manner. • Register new clients and update existing client information accurately. • Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or person. • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

2. Appointment Scheduling: • Schedule client appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of therapist time. • Coordinate and reschedule appointments as necessary. • Communicate appointment details and reminders to clients.

3. Client Communication: • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns. • Collect and verify client information. • Assist in processing client forms and paperwork.

4. Client Records: • Maintain confidentiality and security of client records. • Assist in the filing, scanning, and organization of medical records. • Retrieve and update client information as needed.

5. Collaboration: • Work closely with other service providers and Jellybean staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. • Communicate effectively with professionals, colleagues, and clients.

Skills Required

• Previous experience as a administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient ability to use electronic systems. • Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm and composed demeanour. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent
