Tasks include:
Greet each customer and establish their flooring needs; work with customers to provide the most cost effective products for their needs.
Answer incoming enquires, in person, via telephone, or electronic media;
Product knowledge
Maintain showroom
Quotations, invoicing and cash management.

• The capability to think about, engage and provide each customer with information to ensure the product selection is the correct one for their needs.
