Batemans Bay Medical Centre is looking for a Receptionist that can work casually and is flexible to cover leave, etc.

The desired applicant should be able to work autonomously as well as part of the team.

They also need to be computer literate, have exception time management & the ability to multitask as the environment is a very fast pace.

The role includes general administration, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, greeting and checking in all patients for doctors and nurses appointments, including paperwork for patients to fill out, and organising paperwork accordingly.

They also need to be able to communicate on various levels due to a diverse customer base.

Minimum of 12 hours per week available.

Skill Required

Experience in administration (preferably medical)
Strong organizational skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given
Able to work collectively with administration and staff.
