Specialised Automotive are seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent/Parts Interpreter to join our front desk team. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong focus on customer service and sales along with excellent time management skills. Hours will be 8am – 5.30pm 3 days per week (preferably Mon, Wed, Fri, but negotiable) increasing as required to cover staff leave and peak business periods. Award rates, negotiable based on skills and experience. Responsibilities include: • Responding to all front counter enquiries and incoming phone calls • Providing the liaison point between customers and technical staff • Conveying all customer requirements and concerns to the workshop accurately • Effectively managing the scheduling of customer bookings and workshop workflow • Ordering of parts, accessories and stock • Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction • Providing advice and product recommendations to customer’s • Preparing invoices and closing jobs in a timely manner • Preparing customer quotes for vehicle upgrades and accessories • Receipting incoming stock and deliveries

Skill Required

To be considered for this role you must have: • At least 12 months previous experience in a similar position • Strong mechanical knowledge/background highly regarded • Good knowledge of 4WD accessories highly regarded • Outstanding customer service skills, an approachable, friendly personality and professional phone manner • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management and problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment • Computer literacy • A current Australian driver's licence • This job requires some heavy lifting Your 'can do' customer focused attitude will play a major role in achieving success.
