Salary

- Day to day gardening, irrigation, landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, turf and plant care as directed by management
- General property cleaning, pest control & maintenance
- Pool maintenance, testing and cleaning
- Operating and maintaining various machines safely, including mowers (both ride on and push mowing required), whipper snippers and other vehicles and equipment
- Keep all work areas and equipment clean and tidy
- Identifying and reporting hazards and safety issues

Skill Required

- Proven and demonstrated experience to operate gardening and grounds keeping equipment
- Ability to operate watering systems
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems as they arise
- Knowledge of safe and efficient property maintenance procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and school holidays
- A current valid Driver’s Licence
- A national police clearance (or willing to obtain one)
