Your focus will be on summer Guest Enquiries, New Reservations, Processing Arrival and Departures. You will need to be available 9am to 7pm, on a 7-day rotating roster.
Making guest reservations and the customer experience using Aspen’s RMS (Reservation Management System). This includes:
o Processing guest check-ins and check-outs o Managing room / site allocation o Collecting cash and credit card payments for reservations o Managing the payment collection process via booking websites o Issue receipts to guests and/or system-generated invoices for corporate clients
20-25 hours per week, 7 day rotating schedule
Guest services attitude, can-do mentality, professional, presentable, experienced with software, hospitality experience preferred. We are looking for a flexible team player! This is a high pressure position, interacting continually with customers.
You will act as an ambassador for the Aspen (mother company) and Tween Waters brand, ensuring we are recognised as a quality provider of value-for-money accommodation.
