You’ll be joining a dynamic and motivated team that take pride in producing quality food and service across our various outlets including the Bistro Bistro and the new and chic Kitty's bar and dining venue, together with our many and varied functions and events. Serving 150,000+ meals annually, our catering department is the engine room of the Club, which is the region's premier entertainment and hospitality venue.
We offer flexibility to work casual, part-time or full-time. Flexibility is needed to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience producing quality food in a high-volume kitchen using a range of cookery
skills and methods
• Knowledge of HACCP and WHS practices
• Strong work ethic with ability to thrive in a lively team environment
• A respectful and constructive approach to colleagues and customers
