Position: Receptionist/Holiday Property Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable applicant with a love for our local area. Friendly and outgoing nature with a genuine interest in ongoing training is required. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential. A driver’s licence is required to fulfil this position.

The position is full time working a Tuesday to Saturday roster weekly.

Key duties will include the following (but not limited to) –
• Provide an outstanding “first impression” over the telephone, by email and in person
• Answer and mange incoming telephone calls
• Greet walk-in customers and visitors
• Manage holiday booking enquiries
• Maintenance and operational work and systems associated with holiday management
• Provide support to the team
• Be able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Please note, to work in a Real Estate Agency, you will be required to obtain a Certificate of Registration. This will be discussed during interviews.

Skill Required
