We are seeking people with great hand-eye coordination with strong work ethics and positive attitudes to join our Narooma farm team. This is a casual land-based position that can kick start your career in aquaculture or offer flexibility for those that need to work around other commitments.

Working from our Narooma oyster shed, your duties will include:
Grading and preparing oysters for market/transport
Stripping slats
Packing, constructing baskets and oyster racking
Operation of mechanical equipment
Facility maintenance and cleaning

No experience is required as on the job training will be provided. Please note that a Drivers Licence is essential for the commute to and from our farm.

Great salary for an entry level aquaculture job - $41,000 to $65,000 + superannuation
Flexible working arrangements for the right people – this can mean flexible part time hours to work around your other commitments
A permanent full-time position after successfully completing your probationary period
Opportunity for career development – onsite training with opportunities to complete a Certificate II in Maritime Operations (Coxswain Grade 1 Near Coastal) and/or a Certificate III in Aquaculture
