The receptionist is a key frontline position responsible for ensuring that all potential and existing clients are directed to the appropriate person within the organisation in a professional and friendly manner. The receptionist plays a vital role in portraying the image and culture of Clark Rideaux Solicitors to all external individuals and organisations with whom we come into contact with. The receptionist is also responsible for working in a team situation with the legal assistants. This is to ensure reception is never left unattended as well as carry out a wide variety of general and legal administrative tasks aimed at supporting the overall running of the office.
This position is a 12-month traineeship with an immediate start available, and would ideally suit school leavers who have delayed their tertiary studies until 2023 or someone looking for an entry level position into the legal industry.
