What is this role all about?
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Sapphire Coast Auto. You will be based at our Merimbula Airport location. Specific focus will be on:
Create a pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging our valued customers
Complete rental and return transactions accurately
Provide information regarding the rental
Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers
Resolve complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction
Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and the associated requirements
Be able to work as part of a high performing team
Be willing & able to assist in preparing vehicles with high attention to detail

Skill Required

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for sales
Previous experience in the retail and sales field
Administration skills with the ability to complete rental agreements
Monitoring and organizing of fleet on a daily basis
Keyboard skills are essential to perform reservations and checking in and out purposes.
You must hold a full and current NSW driver's license, with no conditions which may affect your employment & the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Adopting a flexible approach to working hours is required, as you will be working a 14 day roster.
