Are you our new office all-rounder? We need someone to take on administrative duties while also being our front of house.

We are looking for way more than just a receptionist.

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team to work two-to-three days per week with room for increased hours as the role grows. Our ideal candidate will be flexible with availability required for Tuesdays and the ability to provide holiday cover when other staff members are on leave.

Blackshaw Coastal is a locally owned Real Estate agency based in the heart of Batemans Bay. We provide a warm and caring team environment where you can grow and excel.

About the role:
-Providing a friendly face to clients upon arrival
-General admin tasks as requested by other team members
-Maintaining social media accounts
-Daily banking and mailing
-Data entry
-Answering phone and email enquiries
-Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness
-Maintain office stationery and supplies
-Multitasking and effectively prioritising daily responsibilities

Skill Required

-Sufficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel
-Organisational skills
-Attention to detail
-Exceptional multitasker
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong customer service skills
-Previous experience in administration or receptionist duties
-Experienced in fast paced environments

Previous experience in real estate preferred (but not essential as full training will be provided).
