We are looking for a Personal Assistant to work with the Sales and Buyers Management Team. This is an administrative role that requires strict time management skills, working with deadlines and a focus on detail. This role is the behind the scenes of real estate marketing - liaising with solicitors, adhering to systems, and managing information with databases, calendars, and clear communication.

Skill Required

Providing clients with a high level of service.
Self-motivated team player.
Working unsupervised with a high level of organisation.
Wanting to be part of an innovative fast paced office.
Ability to use Computers.

Certificate of Registration or Certificate 4 in Real Estate Practice
Experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or Business Systems Operator.
