In this rewarding role, you will supervise and coordinate Council’s Involve Eurobodalla business which provides plan management, support coordination and direct support services to participants of the NDIS, including residents living in Council’s specialist disability accommodation.

Ensuring high quality customer service, you will coordinate proactive customer support through ongoing review and monitoring of service delivery outcomes and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will mentor, develop and supervise staff, monitor operational budgets and provide financial data to support business analysis and financial process improvement.

Total remuneration for the role is in the range $3,484.46 to $3,731.67 gross per fortnight consisting of:
• $3,167.69 to $3,392.43 base salary,
• $316.77 to $339.24 superannuation (at 10%)

Skill Required

To be successful in this role, you will need a qualification in health, community services, or the disability area; extensive knowledge and understanding of the needs of people with a disability and their carers. Experience working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme business framework and strong people management experience is essential.
