Caring Approach is a dynamic, vibrant, supportive, and caring organization. We provide tailored in-home support and community care for the elderly and people with both physical and intellectual disabilities, along with people needing short-term assistance after being discharged from the hospital.

We are seeking caring and professional individuals to become part of the Caring Approach team to promote independence for people living at home. Caring Approach currently has available shifts in the following areas:

Shoalhaven heads
Sanctuary Point
Suzzex Intel
Albion Park
Greenwell Point

General duties include:
House Cleaners - bathrooms/kitchens/bedrooms and living areas, additional inside window cleaning might be required.

Skill Required

To be successful in this role you will need:

The ability to be reliable and punctual.
The ability to problem-solve and keep strictly to routine.
Experience in working with vulnerable people in our communities.
Ability to engage positively with a variety of personality types.
Ability to fulfil shift duties and have excellent time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret service information.
Ability and understanding of infection control procedures.
Have an appropriate Visa to work in Australia.
Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain before employment.
First Aid Certificate.
Working with Children Check (WCCC)
NDIS worker Check (NDISWC) -
Provide COVID-19 Vaccination Status.
Complete the Government COVID-19 online modules -
Smartphones with the ability to install apps.
Have an empathetic and understanding approach (people skills).
