The Front Office Attendant is a polite, friendly and extremely capable individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, has excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to communicate successfully with all customers and guests, face-to-face, via written correspondence and over the phone. This role is responsible for answering the telephone, responding to emails, greeting guests and providing a range of administrative support.

The role of the Front Office Attendant is to work under the direction of the relevant Manager, ensuring that the Abode brand standards are maintained prior to and during a guest stay.

Hours of work are between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday thru Sunday. Rotating Shifts of both AM and PM shifts.
