International Women’s Day 2024


Jana Pittman, a former Australian Olympic athlete, two-time world champion and a four-time Commonwealth Champion. Her remarkable feat of achieving her second World title merely eight months after giving birth to her son showcases her unparalleled determination.

Jana competed in the Winter Olympics as a member of the Women’s Bobsleigh Team. In doing so, she became the first woman to represent Australia in both the Summer and Winter Olympics, with her participation in the 2014 Sochi Olympics.

In 2021, Jana’s extraordinary endurance and resolve were on full display on the TV show “SAS Australia.” 6 months after giving birth to her fourth child. Today, she is now mum to twins, rounding her family out to 6 children she studied to become a doctor in a NSW hospital, and the same steely determination to succeed has recently been accepted to specialise in obstetrics and gynaecology.

Jana’s remarkable strength, both in the realm of sports and her personal life, serve as a profound source of inspiration. Her mission is to impart this drive and courage to her audiences, fostering positive change and enabling people to achieve their full potential.

Alternate Entrée: 

Seared beef, with white truffle & mayonnaise, shaved parmesan and caper berries

Roasted beetroot salad, roquette, smoked feta, sweet potato straws, balsamic reduction & caramelized walnuts

Alternate Mains: 

Chicken breast, mushroom, chorizo & mozzarella filled with ratatouille & basil pesto

Lamb Shank, potato mash, baby peas and minted gravy
