A Far South Coast man will reappear in Bega Local Court two days before Christmas to answer an accusation of having sexual intercourse with a child under 10.
Visiting Magistrate Paul Blunt granted the 27-year-old bail yesterday after he fronted court via videolink from South Coast Correctional Centre in Nowra.
We legally can’t name the man, who’s mum agreed to pay a $10,000 surety to get him released from custody. He must also stay away from children and report daily to police.

The Bay Post reports he is yet to enter a plea to the charge.
