Kimmi was born in the 2EC studio where she brings you the Brekkie Show… (No only joking!) But she has been at 2EC for 13 years. Kimmi’s rises in the wee hours to get your morning underway. She bounces off the walls with energy every morning - just try and keep up with her. She loves life and loves funny people, friends and her family particularly her niece Emily and nephew Brody and her VT Commodore which she calls “Like a Tiger.”Kim has interviewed some very well known people & famous people including John Howard, Rowena Wallace, Judy Nunn, Lane Beachley & Hayley Lewis. Her goal in life is to look back in retirement and bore all the other oldies at the nursing home with her exhilarating, longwinded, dribbly stories of a wonderful, exciting, peaceful and happy life!!!
Kimmi starts off the morning at the Brekkie Bar until 7:30am where she invites you to call in for a Brekkie Bar Requests from 6:20 then she is joined by Disko for the Brekkie Show until 9am. Disko and Kimmi have their morning banter and have a laugh or two. Kimmi has a secret sound, that Disko has no idea what it is and he his hassling her for a clue that she won’t give? Local News & Sport with Mike Sheen & National News at 6:30, 7:30 & 8:30, and the Rural News at 6:55. They entertain the masses…….That is you!
